MARK YOUR CALENDARS for the KAGE 37th Annual Conference February 27-28, 2017 in Lexington at the Marriott Griffin Gate. Please join us as we celebrate 37 years of advocacy and service for Kentucky’s gifted children and youth.  The KAGE Conference will feature two days of presentations from national and state experts on topics and exhibits of interest to educators and parents of gifted children. 

We are pleased to have international leader and pioneer in gifted education Dr. Joseph Renzulli as a keynote speaker and session presenter. Dr. Renzulli is a Board of Trustees Distinguished Professor, Neag Professor of Gifted Education and Talent Development, and at the National Research Center on the Gifted and Talented at the University of Connecticut.  We are also pleased to have Lisa Van Gemert, from GiftedGuru.com as a presenter on Monday and Tuesday.  Ms. Van Gemert is well-known in the gifted community for presentations and as a consultant to American Mensa.  Dr. Stephen Pruitt, Kentucky Department of Education Commissioner, will present the keynote address on February 28.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION – Exhibitors are an important part of the KAGE Annual Conference.  Companies and organizations have the opportunity to offer their products or services to educators and parents of high-ability students. The KAGE Service and Advocacy Awards, which provide recognition of exceptional service and/or advocacy in support of educating Kentucky’s gifted and talented children, and the Distinguished Student Award will be presented at the Conference.
