LINDSAY DOTTERWEICH is a 3rd grade and gifted cluster teacher at Gilmore Lane Elementary for Jefferson County Public Schools. She serves as the gifted lead teacher at her school, and participated in the Javits Grant program to promote access and equity in gifted education identification and servicing students of all backgrounds. She has presented at the KAGE conference the past two years, and was interviewed by WFPL for a story on racial disparities in gifted and talented programs within our school district.
