Conference 2020 Presenters - Dotterweich, Morrison, and Stith

LINDSAY DOTTERWEICH is a gifted and talented resource teacher for Jefferson County Public Schools. Before her current position, she served as the gifted lead teacher at Gilmore Lane Elementary for three years as they participated in the Javits Grant program to promote access and equity in gifted education identification and servicing students of all backgrounds. She has presented at the KAGE conference the past 3 years, and was interviewed by WFPL for a story on racial disparities in gifted and talented programs within our school district. Lindsay is a 2020 Kentucky Teacher of the Year Semifinalist and Achievement Award Winner. 

TIFFANI MORRISON is a gifted resource teacher for Jefferson County Public Schools. As a resource teacher, she works to identify and service gifted children at the elementary level. She has served as the gifted lead teacher at her school, and participated in the Javits Grant program to promote access and equity in gifted education identification and servicing students of all backgrounds. She has presented at the KAGE conference and other local conferences about teaching gifted students in a mixed ability classroom. 

JENNIFER STITH has worked in education for the past 20 yeasr and is very passionate about increasing minority representation in Gifted Programs. She has taught in middle school and been a Gifted Coordinator in an elementary school. Ms. Stith has her GT Endorsement, which focused on the Identification of Underrepresented Populations, and is new member of the KAGE Board (3rd District).
