KAGE Conference 2020 Exhibitor Information


MARK YOUR CALENDARS to exhibit at the KAGE 39th Annual Conference on February 24-25, 2020 in Lexington. 

Please join us as we celebrate 40 years of advocacy and service for Kentucky’s gifted children and youth. The KAGE Conference will feature two days of presentations from national and state experts on topics and exhibits of interest to educators and parents of gifted children.

The Kentucky Association for Gifted Education’s 40th Annual Conference will be held February 24-25, 2020 at the Marriott Griffin Gate Resort in Lexington, Kentucky. Our participants include teachers, gifted and talented resource teachers and coordinators, administrators, parents, and other interested individuals. They always look forward to visiting the booths of our exhibitors to see what materials and services are available for anyone interested in appropriate educational opportunities for high-ability students.

As an exhibitor you will have the opportunity to:

  • Showcase products and services

  • Offer attendees the chance to gather information on exciting and cutting-edge products and services relevant to education, especially gifted education.

  • Opportunity to establish and build communication with educators and parents of gifted children

  • Network with decision makers, current clients and potential clients

  • Support sales efforts with direct, personal contact

  • Reinforce your company’s image with current and potential buyers

  • Exhibitors are listed online and in the conference material with contact information so attendees can easily contact you when they return home

The fee to exhibit is $300 for the two days.  It includes one 6’ skirted table and one chair.  Each additional table is $60.  An electrical outlet is available upon request for $75.  You will be able to assemble your exhibit the night before, if you wish.  Security for the evenings of February 25 and 26 is provided.  However, we assume no responsibility for the security of your exhibit area or materials. Registration fee includes lunch each day for no more than two persons per exhibit area. 

KAGE will again offer the option to have your promotional materials available for KAGE conference participants, even if you can’t be there. Click HERE to read more about this option.

Tentative Exhibit Schedule:
• Exhibitor Set-up: Sunday, February 23,  after 4:00 p.m.
• Exhibit Hours: Monday, February 24, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• *Optional Exhibit Hours: Monday, February 24, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
• Exhibit Hours: Tuesday, February 25, 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

*There are events scheduled for the evening of February 24 An Evening for Parents and Creativity Night.  You may choose to have your exhibit open during this time.

Refunds for cancellation will be on the following schedule:
• Cancellation before January 23, 2020 – Full refund
• Cancellation after January 24 but before February 7, 2020 – Half the Total Amount Due
• No refunds given after February 7, 2020

The KAGE Conference Rate at the Marriott Griffin Gate Resort is $132.00 (plus tax) for a single or a double. The cut-off date for the Conference Rate is February 10, 2020.
