Mary Evans, Ed.D., is a program developer at The Center for Gifted Studies at WKU.  She provides professional development to teachers and administrators who want to improve identification and services for their high potential students.  Dr. Evans is currently working with a cadre of Jefferson County teachers who are earning their endorsements in Gifted and Talented Education.
