About the program: In a recent study of advanced learners’ achievement and social-emotional needs, researchers found that parenting styles played a key role in supporting students’ success. This session will provide background information about the study, relevant findings related to parental support, and engage parents in a conversation about how these findings might bear on their parenting choices.
