Update on Gifted Education Workshop

Don’t miss the Update on Gifted Education Workshop for Teachers in Gifted Education

Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green, Kentucky

Make plans to attend the Update on Gifted Education Workshop for Teachers in Gifted Education on Saturday, August 24 in Bowling Green on the WKU campus. This workshop is co-sponsored by Kentucky Association for Gifted Education (KAGE) and The Center for Gifted Studies at WKU.  The workshop is FREE and EILA credit is available.

Sessions will explore current topics of interest to educators of gifted children and youth in Kentucky, and will include:
• the Kentucky Common Core Standards and how to make them challenging for gifted students,
• the NAGC Pre-K-Grade 12 Gifted Programming Standards,
• and much more.

The workshop is from 9 am to 3 pm (Central Time) and will be at Gary A Ransdell Hall room 2064.   You will leave with lots of great information!   A quick email to kage@wku.edu or gifted@wku.edu to let us know you are coming is all you need to do to register – bring a colleague (or two!).
