The KAGE 41st Annual Conference, February 23-24, 2021, will be offered virtually this year. The conference will, as always, feature two days of presentations from national and state experts on topics and exhibits of interest to all who have an interest in the wellbeing of gifted children. While we will miss seeing everyone in person, we are excited about the expanded reach, flexibility, and possibilities that a virtual conference offers. We look forward to offering our exhibitors an opportunity to be an integral part of the experience.
Our participants include teachers, gifted and talented resource teachers and coordinators, administrators, parents, and other interested individuals. You will have an opportunity to showcase materials and services for high-ability students leading up to the conference, during the conference, and through September 2021.

The virtual exhibit booth gives online conference attendees easy access to all our relevant content in just one place without the need to scroll and search. You can engage your potential customers so that they can quickly learn about your products and services.
We will have 9-10 sessions on Tuesday that will be 2.5 hours in length. Sponsors for each of these sessions will receive the benefits listed below.
Reimagine STEM Through Problem-Based Learning in a Digital World - Debbie Dailey
Whether a virtual happy hour, online book signing, early morning yoga, or other social event, special activities will occur throughout the conference.
During lunch time each day of the conference, KAGE will encourage informal groups to meet for discussions and sharing. The discussion and sharing could be based on a topic, book, or issue related to gifted education. For example, the informal setting provides an opportunity for attendees to interact with a keynoter or session presenter. Numbers in the groups can be capped to keep the group from becoming too large.
Banner ads offer high visibility in the virtual event app. They stretch across the bottom of the event app making them highly visible and just a click away. They can be hyperlinked to your website or product page.
A push notification is a message that pops up on a mobile device. They can be used for such things as announcing an event and updates, downloading a coupon, or letting attendees know about an event (content must be approved by KAGE).
Door prizes would be welcomed for the gamification events. Company is responsible for delivering the door prize.
* Gamification is the process of adding game mechanics to an event by allowing attendees to complete challenges in the app, receive points for each completed challenge, and see where they are on a leaderboard. Different challenges can be worth different amounts, and those who win or participate in the game can receive prizes. The purpose is to keep attendees engaged in the event.
